• Call to order of the AGM and declaration of quorum.
• Appointment of Chair Person and Secretary of the general meeting. By the corporation’s by-laws, the President (Sylviane Dutrisac) and Secretary (Teresa Lambert) of the Board of Directors act as Chair Person and Secretary of general meetings.
• Adoption of the Agenda. 
• Review and adoption of the minutes of the 13th annual general meeting held on March 26th 2024. 
• The President’s report - Mme. Sylviane Dutrisac.
• Presentation and adoption of the 2024 financial statements by the external auditor - BDO. 
• Appointment of a firm to review 2025 financial statements.
• Nominations and elections 
  There is one position to ratify, as resolved by the Board of Directors during regular meetings, namely Kathy Chaumont. 
  There are 3 positions up for elections
