Call to order of the AGM and declaration of quorum.
Appointment of Chair Person and Secretary of the general meeting. By the corporation’s by-laws, the President (Sylviane Dutrisac) and Secretary (Teresa Lambert) of the Board of Directors act as Chair Person and Secretary of general meetings.
Adoption of the Agenda.
Review and adoption of the minutes of the 13th annual general meeting held on March 26th 2024.
Presentation and adoption of the 2024 financial statements by the external auditor - BDO.
Selection of an auditing firm for the 2025 financial statements to be conducted later.
The President’s report - Mme. Sylviane Dutrisac.
Nominations and elections
There is one position to ratify, as resolved by the Board of Directors during regular meetings, namely Kathy Chaumont.
